Well, if this place hasn't been abandoned, then I don't know the meaning of the word!
Sorry 'bout that.
This is =katanimate, one of the origonal creators of ~BalaaFanClub. I'm back to say I will be updating this wreck of a fan club and putting things back in order again! Starting tomorrow I will be going through all of the messages this club has recieved and updating the fanlist.
Oh, and I'm tired of calling the fans worshipers, it makes us sound like some kind of cult, do you not agree? So I am changing their title to Team Members, that's right we're are a team. And the purpose of this team is to show some love to our favorite artist ~balaa. Not be creapy.

The list of worshippers has been updated with two new members, ~keldeti and ~raven-wolf21. Along with that, I have updated the journal featuring quotes by worshippers. So, if you are interested in seeing what your fellow worshippers think of Balaa, make sure to drop by it!
As you all already know, if you have any fanart for Balaa, please send us a link so we can upload it here for all to see!

Hi, it's Ashley=katanimate. I'll be online more now so if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. Also, don't be suprized if we don't get back to your notes right away. We admins have lives too and we don't always have time to note people. And I would really like it if people would stop complaining about how it's not fair that Balaa has a fanclub and they don't, I ecpecially don't like it when they complain on the front page. Balaa has been on DA for three years and in that time she has made alot of friends and alot of fans. She is very tallented and kind. That is why she has a fanclub. She deserves one. And if you keep complaining people aren't going to like you and you never will get a fanclub. My advice is to keep up your art and talk to people, make friends. That way, in time, you may get a fanclub. Complaining never helps.

Wow...its been A LONG TIM since our last update I have about a month of summer left before school starts, so I'll try and be as active as I can here in that time. I am leaving in the end of August for the State Fair though, so I'll probably be gone for awhile. Umm...*thinks* Dont have much else to say other then that I'm adding on the new members and affiliate, and DONT FORGET TO NOTE US IF YOU HAVE ANY FANART FOR BALAA!!

Purpose:

The purpose of this club is not one, but many.
First of all, this is a club in which all the members can express their appreciation for Balaa; what she means to all of you, how her art and pure kindess has inspired you. Everyone becomes happy simply by hearing some words of appreciation, no matter from who they are coming. Kindness is what pays off in the end, because the one who is showed kindness, is the one who is the most likely to return it.
In order to express one's appreciation, one may submit most kinds of art, no matter whether it is a traditional or a digital drawing, a sculpture, a short story, or even a small poem. All creations are equally accepted, and showcased in the gallery of this fan club for everyone to see.

Another purpose of this club, is to promote creativity among the members. There is a saying which goes:
"Art inspires art."
This saying is very true, because there is nothing like a beautiful picture, or even a kind person, to inpire us to do great things with the talents that we all have been blessed with. As all of the members of this club, see Balaa as a wonderfully talented and kind person, one cannot help but to be inspired by her life-like and carefully created pictures, all of which seem to have been created with such ease.
So, everyone who have been inspired by Balaa, to draw her something, is welcome to submit it to this fan club's gallery.

Yet another purpose of this club, is to make the members, and all others, realize the beauty of this world, and to understand what difference one single person actually can do.
We can taka Balaa as an example. She goes out in the community and smiles to all of us, make us realize that our lives are beautiful, and that we all are of equal worth. She goes out and makes unselfish acts, among us, such as giving out subscriptions to people who are not able to get one for themself, due to various reasons.

Not only does this club help you to express your appreciation toward Balaa and her art, but it also tries to promote kindness, which is way too scarce in this modern world we live in today.

In order to join this club, all which is required of you is to send your request in by note. As soon as we have recieved it, we will put your icon up on the wall of icons, among all the other worshippers. With your request for membership, please tell us why you like Balaa and her art! It would be much appreciated if you also started to watch this account, and that you put a link up in your journal. It is not necessary, but it will probably enchance your membership! If you join, why not tell your friends all about this fan club as well?
